AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Our After-School program offers weekly sessions of engaging hands-on learning for ages 4-14. This program is run by our experienced Naturalist with over 25 years of education experience, and includes adventures into our living classroom and forest reserve, encounters with our animal ambassadors, and games and activities in a group setting, all of which is designed to foster environmental literacy in our attendees and broadly align with current public school curricula.
SCHEDULE & PRICING DETAILS
The program is structured in seasonal semesters (Fall, Winter, Spring), which can last from 9-12 weeks depending on holidays and schedule. Each semester is broken up into 2 sessions for registration purposes, but CNC offers a 10% discount for those that register for entire semesters. Pricing is calculated at $30 per week for members and $36 per week for non-members, charged at the semester or session level.
Classes run weekly from 3:45-5:00 PM on the following days:
Pre-K to Kindergarten = Tuesdays
1st-3rd grade = Wednesdays
4th-6th grade = Thursdays
